During COVID isolation, cooking became essential. But while every one of my friends was trying to cook with food, I decided I wanted to cook with something different: food waste. A series of recipes on Instagram Stories, making last night’s dinner, today’s lunch.  1st edition featured a whole roast chicken used - to the bone - in 6 modular recipes that can be made each on their own or in a sequence that allows you to reuse the leftovers from the last recipe into the new one.
